NE OK | Either a bad drive pulley(the rubber will get worn occasionally and then the belts slip even with a new belt) or the drive transmission is going bad.. Either way deere doesn't sell just the pulley so I'd try replacing the assembly (AA94227) We always keep a spare cartridge because sometimes it's hard to figure out exactly whats wrong but that's what I'd guess.
