Look carefully about what headroom over the opening the overhead door requires. You most likely will need the ceiling at least a foot higher than the overhead door opening.
+1, go to 12' for 10' doors.
Menards calculator says about $9K in materials, no doors, $16K with 3 doors and no service door/windows..
