Border questions seem to be more cut and dried when the country on one side wants to effectively move it or change what’s on the opposite side to suit themselves.
When you have people, individuals, wanting to migrate for economic reasons and quality of life, it isn’t so simple. How do you negotiate with millions of people and convince them that they are wrong and they really don’t want to travel to what they see as the promised land? | |
