Do you have corrections set to RTK external? Edit: I see you do from the pics you posted.
Do you have the auxiliary serial port cable properly installed between port B and the display?
The baud rate setting in the ntrip setup would be another thing to check. If 6500 is the same as the 7500 they should work on most baud rates, but I have found a few that seem to only like 57600.
Sometimes using the reset button in the main GPS page will clear up issues getting a receiver onto RTK fixed.
