Subject: RE: Calling the trimble experts

We used to have a Trimble cfx 750 with Field IQ controlling 4 of the section clutches on a White planter.

Worked good once we got everything figured out and setup correctly.   Actually it was less troublesome than the individual clutches on our current planter.

IIRC, you need a Master Switch box,  a 12 section switch box, a section control module (section and rate control if you want to do hyd drive also) and all of the associated cabling.        Since those big section clutches take a lot of power to shut the section off (they are default on, takes power to shut them off) you have to use a big wiring harness straight from the battery along with relays controlled by the screen.

I'm pretty sure that still have the big wiring harness with relays as I kept all of the Trimble stuff off of that planter when we sold it and that particular piece of wiring didn't get used on our new planter.     I would sell it very reasonably if you go that route and need it.     Email in my profile works.
