Axial flow unload auger rebuild

Pretty sure I got the vertical unload from the dealership, cost about 800 bucks. Replaced the outer unload tube with one through All States Ag Parts.

We had to take the tire off the left side to get at the gearbox and auger easily, two guys and a hoist wasn’t a bad job. Lowering the gearbox and auger out we used pallet forks and the skid steer. Had to torch the old flighting apart to get it off the gearbox.

Forgot to mention, make sure when you pull it all apart you know how the flighting is timed at the elbow. And when you’re in there feel around for the rivets in there to see how far they are gone.
