You need your Part 107 pilots license, Commercial Applicators License (with Aerial), then you need your part 137 (which involves the N number of the drone, your 44807 exemption and Class 3 Medical Certificate). The licensing and insurance is all the same for custom as well as doing it yourself. Thats why a lot of guys go both ways. Feel free to call me Monday if that doesn’t explain it well.

Sharing your own experience is fine , but printing a sentence that says the licensing and insurance is all the same , when it is most certainly not , is a different story , people on here with a farm liability policy that’s at least a couple inches thick and covers literally millions of dollars worth of several items around the farm including their spray liability policy need to spend a considerable few minutes with their agent adding a drone to their sprayer fleet , until they increase the tank size sounds like their fixing few T40 issues , larger tank size helps at every step |
