I've seen some in restaurants that were sliced up & the slices were about 3 inches in diameter...those didn't come from any baby calf...
One day in school after branding day I noticed my sandwich was kinda chewy...looked & Mom had made it out of leftover mt. oysters, which I never did really care for...
