think how many "pro's" you know offhand? nobody watches them. whatever big payoff up front they are dangling in front of her will be spent quickly and then poof. unlike most every other pro sport wnba is where careers go to fade away.

she is popular in iowa because she is from iowa and most iowans love to cheer their kids on. she was fun to watch when she is hot, but when she is off it sure is not. long shots are cool when they go in but when they don't they usually turn into a scoring opportunity for the other side.

a good coach makes a ton of cash and at the end will have a retirement. 5 years pro and a blown knee then what.

Zero guarantees she would be a good coach. Most top end players are terrible coaches. She will be a good player at minimum. The WNBA team in MN, when they were winning titles were drawing big crowds.

Ultimately she probably wants to play, so she will, it shouldn’t be any more complicated than that.
