Franklinton, LA | The Red River Parish Judge and LA Appeal Court Judges awarded compensation for increased cost of production and loss of yield from the farmers current age until they reached age 65. What the farmers did at that time was their business!
About 1984 the two farmers shared a little over $200,000 for a one mile easement. After this court case power companies started using towers without guide wires and routed the lines along roads and property lines. They tried to avoid crossing fields and pastures with these lines. | |
