Custom applicators are REQUIRED under MO law to carry workmens comp. Required!!!!

But, if in case don't (??), then you are required to pay it for them?

So, what custom applicator would want to carry & pay WC out of their own pocket when customer will be responsible anyway? If a custom applicator only has one employee, then no WC is required, I think anyway.

Or, am I misunderstanding?

I also understand that getting any kind of drone liability off your own premises (farm ground in this case) is tough.
