northern MN | I think there are funds that invest in real estate. I have no experience with them and have no GOOD knowledge of the marketplace but I believe I did read about it. I don't really think it would work for a hedge however, as I see it the value of land is more closely associated with WHO wants it. There are better bargains on land if you buy the areas that are less populated. Everyone want the piece at the end of the driveway! | |
