They're all mostly made up from parts from Mexico and China, not that much difference between them that I can tell. The variable speed ECM blower motors are nice and quiet, but costly if they fail. Seal the attic floor, insulate above, maybe even the walls, and get a single stage condensing furnace a size or two smaller than you have.
