Wisconsin | All that sorting is automated, so I can see a certain number of packages going the wrong place. It's not like they're going to run the whole lot through a scanner again before loading to make sure they got it right, or stop the line to find the wrong package if the computer could even see it went the wrong place. But it sure seems like a lot of packages get sent off and never seen again. I'd like a little oversight into how much money USPS makes off their mistakes, as the stuff is auctioned off they have no incentive to even try to put a package back together if they mangle it, just sell it off, no consequences. | |
