WCIN | I went through the same thing when I tried to cancel their service. They kept telling me that I was under contract and that it automatically renewed blah blah blah. I was confidant that had never signed any contracts with them. They did quit emptying the dumpster and after a month or so I called and politely asked them to come get it. No response. After several calls and getting nowhere I left a message on their after hours phone number telling them that rent started the day I cancelled service (on a recorded phone call) and that since they refused to acknowledge any calls I was going to put their dumpster in the middle of a county road if it wasn’t gone by noon the next day. It was gone at 9:30 the next morning. | |
