I don’t know but they will get a rude awakening if they continue north, here near the middle of Alberta it is definitely still winter. It started snowing this morning and it’s still at it , along with fairly brisk winds. Temperature is expected to drop all night and get down to minus 18 centigrade by morning, even colder tomorrow night. I shouldn’t complain as we need the snow to hopefully get some recharge for the dugouts when it melts and we still have at least three weeks of log hauling to finish.
My boss does septic tank installation and repairs and has been getting calls for frozen systems because of the lack of snow cover and it’s been mild the last month. Strange winter.
