Malta, Illinois | For me it was never about craving something sweet. It was the carbonation and caffeine from diet cola. I wasn’t drinking it because I was trying to lose weight. I knew it was bad for my kidneys and other things and finally gave it up a few years back. I force myself to drink quite a bit of water everyday. Instead of a diet cola in the morning I have a cup of hot unsweetened green tea. I still have a diet cola once in a while but not five or six a day with almost no water. I feel much better. | |
