Used to regularly soak my ears with the softening goop and even went to the Dr. to get them cleared a couple of times. Doc said my ear canal is formed in such a way as to be prone to problems.
Since starting to eat "clean" (near zero carb, zero veg oil, no chemical food additives) no issues for 4 years. But I do have the long term damage to my hearing from open station tractor use.
any you use a ear cleaning kit ?
