Upside, it just works, scans and prints great. I also had some questions so I called their support number. The lady spoke english with a midwest (no) accent. She was great and really explained things so I could understand and I value that type of help.
My old printer was about 15 yrs old, this is like going from a open station 1950's model tractor to a new tractor.
