The Invoice Simple app would be an option. I’ve used it for the past 3-4 years. Can set it up for credit cards and/or PayPal. It’s pretty quick and easy to fill out the invoice and send it by email/text. When the recipient opens it you will get a notification saying that it’s been received. There’s an annual subscription for it but can’t remember how much.
