The odds of it giving you trouble if you go back to cropping that land are very low. In most places it has trouble with persistence except maybe Montana and Whyoming. Maybe attracting the deer to crp ground could be a bonus. Could let your family, friends and local youth make good use of it or capitalize on a hunting lease.
