SC WI		I had a cell tower company approach me, I was willing to take a 25% payment reduction, for a 1% higher inflation adjustment. They never followed up. In summary they budget looking at the long term. Also it is easier to “lease” the land from a farmer and get the project established, than try to buy the land only to find out project can’t be finished.
