I wonder how much actual financial damage there is. Lots of upset people but I’m not sure there’s that much financial harm to neighboring beans. We thought we got dinged pretty hard with some drift about 3 years ago, but the beans yielded as well as any others we had that didn’t get puckered. I’m not saying there’s never a yield hit but I think it’s over blown. I’d be most worried about specialty crops, vineyards, greenhouses.
And when the beans are half the height and all the weeds come late because of it how is that not a problem of the drift also? I don't like anyone making my beans look like crap.
