I bet you will be okay given your last couple years cropping and fertilizer history. But that is easy for me to do. It’s your money and crop. Do you have a recent soil test result? If not, since your ground is not frozen you could get samples pulled and find out where you are. No, driving over frosted wheat in the morning will not hurt it
