Ours lays back some like that, 3200 hours, don’t remember if it’s more than it was new .
Is it worse on the outer boom and does it fold properly ? When the bushings at the mid/boom fold pins get worn it will lay back more and won’t rest against the cushions / bumper stops right when it’s folded .
