Milford, IL | Are you using Macrium Reflect to create the clone and if so did you copy all partitions from the source drive to the clone?
Black screen on startup might be that the cloned drive is not assigned the title of C:/ - an internet search will explain how to fix this better than I can type it.
It is best to avoid having two bootable hard drives installed in the machine at the same time - best practice is to finish the clone, shut down machine, remove one bootable drive and reboot. Will your machine boot in safe mode with the cloned hard drive and no other bootable drive installed? | |
