It's a pivot bio building in the ISU Research park. Lots of companies have or had a site there. It's just a way for them to more easily connect w/ researchers but it's doesn't necessarily mean there will be any more or new tests or results than there would have been otherwise. 

PB sees it as some help in investing in that building, in the middle of the corn belt.
