There are many issues moving forward. Commercial has plenty of risks and will sit empty at times. Too many overpaid for assets “hoping” for appreciation(which worked at one time), but is not working now. Rising interest is eating up cashflow. All the new construction is going to oversupply a market, escalating the problem.
