Subject: RE: Bin colapse in Arcola

South Central Illinois

Seems like,
It has been said that a stiffened bin is actually less expensive than an unstiffened bin.

We have a used Chief bin,
It was stiffened from day one,
7 - 32” rings 22’ diameter,
All of the sheets are the same thickness,
6000 bu capacity,
No idea how a 600,000 bushel capacity bin is designed?
