Redwood Falls, MN | I switch the row cleaners from the fertilizer unit back to the planter. I strip tilled until fall of 2022 and we usually never had issues with erosion but we don't have a lot of steep hills. My strip till unit didn't have rolling baskets and I purposely left them lumpy to help prevent erosion. I ran my planter row cleaners more aggressive to move any lumps or in a worse case scenario, ran our smooth roller to flatten them right before planting. I haven't seen any erosion from the Magnums. | |
