Rimrock toolboxes are an excellent solution to your problem. They are well built and weatherproof. They also allow you to still stack loaded pallets, cage tanks, etc on top. I am a farmer and I am a dealer for these toolboxes. I became a dealer after seeing how well they worked on our farm.
