We have used it for several years and do not spray without it.  Not only does it stop foaming, there are no mixing problems.  Since using it we have not had a problem with atrazine or similar products - no plugged nozzles or strainers and nothing clumping in the bottom of the sprayer, which makes cleanup much easier.
