If windfall profits tax is implemented and oil is 150 there will not even be a big push in domestic production. Situation will not be remedied fast at all. Technology in siesmic, recovery, drilling and engineering has improved vastly in past 5yrs. and we could make a dent in supply domestically for a quick fix.
