Preparing for inflation make one vulnerable for deflation. If you truly believe inflation is coming, borrow, borrow, borrow. Keep nothing in cash and leverage yourself heavily at FIXED interest rates. As cash values increase, your value sheet looks a heck of a lot better.
Of course if your wrong and deflation hits us, you are the first to be screwed.
