I quick google search of the error code indicates it is a legit error code and not anything malicious. Unfortunately, it is a serious error that indicates your hard drive is failing.  It is recommended to backup your data if the machine is bootable (sounds like yours is not) and then replace the hard drive.  I hope you don't have anything important on the drive.
