Subject: RE: ethanol in brazil

Cedar Rapids
Summit Ag is planning on having there Brazil, ethanol plant ship ethanol to Texas, and utilize Honeywell’s technology to produce jet fuel. Why would they not want to use American produced ethanol? Summit Ag is also part of Summit Carbon Solutions the same people who are wanting to use Eminent Domain against landowners who don’t want their pipeline thru there property. If you believe what the ethanol industry is saying that if the CO2 pipeline is not built the ethanol industry will collapse, well at least we will be able to get ethanol from Brazil.

We don’t want foreign ownership of farm land but we are ok with foreign investments in Summit Carbon Solutions that will hold land easements throughout Iowa and the Midwest. If the pipelines were to get built who knows who the next owner would be.
