When cold outdoors, set the cabin at 40 and heated seats on. Sit inside with a wool blanket and see how comfortable you are. If ok, then see how long the battery lasts with that setup.
I bet you could get along for 24-36 hours.
When I was in highschool I drove a '52 Willy's Jeep. In the winter I had an wool army blanket on my legs.
