Thats what i was ready to mention. Houses can be bought in south florida with no money down that will cash flow at current rent prices. Figured it could be done in las vegas or arizona as well, and i believe there is "investment potential" at current prices. Maybe in 10 years a home away from home too! Hassles galore being a landlord, but if a rental service will pencil out cashflow wise its an idea.
So considering the economy where does one invest IRA's??
