| I have been wondering the same thing as I need to make an IRA Contribution by April.........
My thinking is this: One retirement need obviously is a place to live.................with that in mind and the fact I DO NOT want to put ANY MORE FUNDS in the either Equitys or Bonds, and I own enough farmland....how can a person buy RECREATION PROPERTY inside of an IRA WITHOUT costing an arm and a leg in transacation fees?? Researched this a little earlier and I THINK you need a 3rd party involved and of course you must pay a FEE to them........
Any help would be much appreciated and again, great topic!! In my area REC PROPERTY opportunities are numerous, places that would never even think of hitting a realtor are all over, whereas before these would have traded hands privately by word of mouth........
