SW MN and Gold Canyon AZ | My thinking is annuities don't go down in value they always grow but at a low rate but if the interest rates rise the annuities gain that . Farmland seems to be at the top right now, I think it will come down with lower commodity prices.
I like to be as diversified as possible. I do own farmland. I have been trying to buy more. Farmland is a good hedge against inflation. But will we move into a deflationary period??
I need the tax deduction that IRA's give. Also forces me to save. | |
