Tiling guy 25 years ago had few tanks on his tile ends trailer. A van body set on a trailer. I told him he needed to have background checks on his employees. He didn’t believe me. I don’t care of course. Showed him the law. And the exceptions. A phone call to his folks about what a good employee he has been, chat. Legal if any picky government wants to check. |
