Had that happen to me a few years ago over a crane bill. I knew with travel time it was 5 hours. They billed me for 8. He called me every name in the book when i challenged the bill. Hour later he called back and apologized. The secretary billed me for his whole day. 3 hours he was servicing and doing shop work before he left to come to me. All settled up.
