Manure is valuable good idea to test it. I can consistently see a yield bump of 20 bushels plus corn following manure application pen pack manure will build your organic matter in soils its not just a one year deal like with commercial fertilizer . Figure out what’s fair and hopefully you will have a long term arrangement.
