Build an elevated milk platform so that you don't have to bend down. If you can figure out a way to get her 30" off the ground, your knees will thank you later. Sometimes you can find the needed parts on facebook marketplace for way cheaper than the above links. But don't try to use a $100 Harbor Freight vacuum pump. They don't make enough cfm.
