Wisconsin		Insanely expensive for 80watts of solar panels. You can buy used solar panels for $.20-50W without looking too hard, they'll be relatively new commercial panels that will outlast some cheapo panels many times over. You don't need an inverter to run some lights and charge some phones, LED's are all DC, just find ones that don't take AC and convert it to run the lights. USB chargers are available and cheap in 12V. You could go with lithium batteries and controller, or lead acid. Easy to put something together that would have ten times the power and battery capacity of that for the same price. IT will be challenging to put all the parts together to do what that can do for 1/4 the price and get it to work as smoothly.
