SC MN | Almost looks like a healed wound in front of those scratches. Have had pigs born with an open wound on their back, or get stepped on and the skin torn and it heals up, but the skin is very weak. If the skin is weak, laying down with its back against something with a square vertical edge could cause it to open up. Seperate him if possible and apply some iodine on it occasionally and it should heal back up.
