Twitter wars are entertaining, couple years ago I thought differently than I do now so I’m not judging anyone.
I do have to chuckle at anyone given an opportunity in this business that bitches. I did my fair share once.
Leases lost because I got over bid don’t bother me, ground sold I couldn’t afford don’t bother me. Both made me work harder and longer. Save money and look for the next opportunity. It’s a good life if you don’t weaken
Everyone’s path is different, no reins will be handed to me but a few boomers over the years gave me a piece here and there and I’ll forever be grateful.
