Subject: RE: Carbon Credit questions or opportunitys

Sioux Center, Iowa
Iowa State University just had a webinar Monday night on the whole crap and trade thing.  Close to two hours  long.  I thought it was quite thorough. Considering I knew very little about it going in. They covered a lot of the potential costs and rewards in many areas that would be affected. I hesitate to call their info unbiased.  It appears that they're providing most of the studies presented to the EPA, who is responsible for "doing something" to satisfy the clean air act.  They stated that if this issue can't be solved legislatively, it will be dealt with regulatorily by the EPA.   Wonderful.   They also said that the money from this whole thing will be returned to the end users through incentives and etc.   Yea right, the government has always done a great job of that.  Wups, enough of my bias,  they said that some or all of that would be archived and it's a place for you to start.
