Iowa | Interesting- I just noticed something else looking at your pictures.
See how the center of your filter adapter had a hole drilled all the way through it to mate up to that passage I have no idea what it does in the housing.
My original doesn't have a hole drilled all the way through it but the new one does yet it doesn't even have that passage in the housing. I wonder if it's supposed to be that way or if that's a screw up?
My original housing just kind of has a poor quality appearance to it that looks kind of scaly like.
