Poll, is the recession over?
I'm voting probably not. Whether it is or not is going to depend on the stock markets and housing markets over the next 2 quarters, IMHO.
Interesting to hear what others takes are.
(PS
) I've never seen a recession where we had ag land prices rising steadily throughout.
